About the Looping Pilot Program

As a pilot partner, you’ll receive access to a fully immersive learning and assessment experience, structured around the Vocational Education unit of competency:

Assist with Maintaining Workplace Safety.

This unit focuses on the practical actions a worker must take to support a safe working environment. It includes tasks like identifying hazards, reporting risks, following emergency procedures, participating in consultations, and contributing to safety improvements in the workplace.

(See the section below on Global Frameworks & Certification Standards to understand how this unit aligns with your local training or qualification framework.)

Inside the Looping Experience

Learners progress through a scene-based immersive journey, delivered across 11 interactive acts. Each act represents a realistic workplace safety task — including onboarding, hazard identification, consultation, and emergency response — all within a fully office-based environment.

The experience includes the following features and interactions:

  • AI-driven team interactions

  • Accessibility features (captions, speech rate, comfort settings)

  • Real-world workplace tasks

  • Adaptive support if learners hesitate

  • Scenario-based documentation

  • Seamless LMS integration (API-ready)

  • Converged Assessment Portfolio (CAP) for each learner

  • Voice-to-text capture with editing prompts

The Converged Assessment Portfolio (CAP)

Every learner session generates a Converged Assessment Portfolio (CAP). A complete record of the learner’s performance, interaction, and progress. This structured PDF document is designed to support formal evidence collection, review, and feedback — no matter what system or standards you use.

Your CAP will include:

Who Can Join the Pilot Program

This pilot is open to organisations that need to deliver practical workplace safety training in an office-based setting and have learners ready to participate.

You might be a registered training provider delivering entry-level or vocational programs, a school or college preparing students for safe work placement, an employer or corporate team responsible for staff induction and onboarding, a job readiness or employment provider supporting learners into the workforce, or a training team embedding health and safety outcomes into your program.

If your learners need to understand, demonstrate, and document safe work practices — this pilot is for you.

The pilot experience is currently delivered in English only.

If you’d like to use Looping in another language, we’d be happy to discuss a licensing agreement that includes full translation of the experience into your preferred language.

Global Frameworks and Certification Standards Supported

Looping’s Pilot Immersive Learning Module is designed around the unit Assist with Maintaining Workplace Safety and is aligned with a wide range of international workplace safety and induction training programs. The interaction focuses on office-based safety, covering hazard identification, consultation, reporting, and emergency response — without requiring access to a physical site.
