Access to Looping’s immersive scenarios and VR interactions ("the Looping platform") is provided exclusively for educational purposes during this pilot phase. Educators and educational organisations agree to use the platform solely in accordance with instructions provided by Looping.
User Privacy and Data Protection:
Looping is committed to strict compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. All participant data collected during immersive experiences (including voice recordings and assessment outcomes) is securely managed, used only for the purposes of assessment and reporting, and integrated securely within each participating organisation’s LMS or designated system.
User Responsibility:
Participating organisations agree to supervise and manage participant interactions responsibly, ensuring the Looping platform is used appropriately and safely, consistent with all relevant educational standards, guidelines, and local regulations.
